This unit was established in the 1980's to address the growing demands we had for the instructional manuals we needed for the equipment we were selling all over the world.
We scrambled all over seeking these services in the early 80's and came up short. We found out that most of the companies that needed these type of services did them in-house. After further studying the situation, we found out that they did it in-house but perferred to do it outside. We also found out that we did a much better job than most and the rest is easy to figure out.
